I've always been fairly health oriented. I've done my share of experiemental drugs during youth and I realize how some substances effect your body negatively. How much more will good foods do for the health of your body. I'm also, an athelete - though not a dumb one. At least I have a college degree and near the top of my class. But, being an athelete means feeding your body the essentials it needs to perform at its best. Every bit helps. PS: I had your fish entre' and loved it. Thanks, Jennnifer!!
